City planning model using Birch plywood, which I completed for my third year of landscape studio design, is aimed at improving the quality of life for the villagers by providing them with a green space and recreational area. The main idea behind the design of the plan is the seamless blending of hardscape and landscaping. As a result, the street design incorporates green storm-water infrastructure, which filters pollutants, improves the quality of the water, and lowers the risk of flooding by reducing runoff volume to existing gray infrastructure.
