I conducted a card sort with clients and users to understand how users might expect the content to be organized. The insights gained were used to create a sitemap.
User Flow
The user flow diagram depicts interactions beginning from the homepage and leading to the legal services on the Practice Areas page. One user journey involves selecting a legal service from the Practice Areas page, reading its details, and then proceeding to fill out a contact form. Another journey encompasses reading legal articles and consulting through the online contact form on the website.
