Problem

The original application's complexity and poor design led to underuse by agents, missed lead information, low branding recognition, and a decline in walk-in leads.

  • The original application was difficult to understand and operate, leading to minimal usage by sellers and agents due to its complicated journey.

  • Users struggled to find the status of all leads, causing missed information while using the app.

  • Decrease in walk-in leads and failure to achieve target goals.

New user flow for Sync app

The home.co.th website effectively draws traffic, increasingly converting users into leads for real estate developers. To support this, we launched a lead management application called “Sync“ for real estate sellers and agents. This system qualifies, examines, and nurtures incoming leads, turning them into potential business opportunities. Additionally, marketers can manage campaigns and analyze lead channels on the CRM platform to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.

Iteration: Responding to user feedback, I made revisions and sought additional input from my sales and marketing team. The Sync mobile application was upgraded to enhance user-friendliness and efficiency, featuring more white space, larger icons, and clearer text. To ensure uniformity in the design, I incorporated Gestalt principles, color theory, and grid layouts

After contacting clients and conducting home tours, lead scoring provides feedback and helps identify potential customers. Having lead levels assists salespersons in managing their clients effectively. Additionally, the booking feature aids salespersons in converting potential customers into home buyers and logging data into the CRM system.

CRM Platform: Report and Lead Detail

The CRM platform features a report dashboard that seamlessly syncs with both home.co.th website and the Sync application. This integration facilitates various key functions, such as operating and assigning leads, monitoring marketing campaigns, and displaying sales performance.

CRM Platform: Create Quotation

The CRM Platform offers a 'Create Quotation' feature, designed to assist salespersons in generating quotations for listings. This tool allows them to easily select the unit type and apply any promotional deals. Once the quotation is prepared, it can be directly sent to clients as a PDF file or via email.

CRM Platform: Inventory

The Inventory feature on the CRM Platform is directly linked to the quotation system, providing a significant advantage to salespersons. This integration allows them to easily check the availability of unit listings and their details in real-time. By having instant access to current inventory information, salespersons can provide accurate and up-to-date data to clients, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the sales process.
